Management Bios

Jeff Atkinson, DM, PhD, PMP

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Atkinson manages complex projects and programs in high technology sectors and within numerous functions including IT, Engineering, Operations and Corporate Development. He also has managed over a dozen mergers and acquisitions (M&A) programs from initiation, through diligence and deal work, and integration. He has significant experience working internationally, having managed projects and teams for global companies of all sizes. Dr. Atkinson has been a collegiate instructor, having taught courses in Project Management, IT, business and project management. He holds a Doctor of Management (DM) degree from University of Phoenix, a PhD in Engineering Management from Kennedy Western University, a MS in Technology Management from Mercer University, and a BS in Information Systems from Slippery Rock University.

Brian McIntee


Mr. McIntee has over twenty years of experience in financial management. He has contributed his strategic financial and operational expertise to help propel companies across various industries including wireless telecommunications, IT services, electronic payment processing, mobile commerce, automated customer self-service and cyber-intelligence. Mr. McIntee holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York.

Glen M. Doniger, PhD
Director of Scientific Development 

Dr. Doniger joined NeuroTrax in 2003. A cognitive psychologist, he directs numerous multi-center trials using the NeuroTrax system and is responsible for ensuring the scientific integrity of the NeuroTrax tests and data. Dr. Doniger has worked in cognitive neuroscience research since 1995, utilizing behavioral, event-related potentials, and functional magnetic resonance imaging methods to study cognitive and perceptual processing. Dr. Doniger’s doctoral work included seminal studies of object recognition from partial information in schizophrenia patients. Dr. Doniger holds a PhD in Experimental Psychology (2001) and an MA in Psychology (1999) from New York University and has served as a postdoctoral fellow at Princeton University. He is a former recipient of an NIMH individual predoctoral NRSA.

Shimon Amit

Director of Software Development 

Mr. Amit joined NeuroTrax in 2001, and joined the management team in 2003. Mr. Amit is a specialist in software technologies involving the Internet and client applications. He has been instrumental in the design and implementation of the NeuroTrax technology platform and currently has primary responsibility for development and maintenance of the NeuroTrax technologies.

Dan Bloom

Director of Marketing Communications

Mr. Bloom is a marketing and public relations professional that has led communications efforts for companies in a wide variety of industries in Israel and the United States. In addition to recent staff and advisory roles with start-ups and other enterprises, he was part of the global public relations team at SanDisk and helped to spearhead the international marketing of one of America’s best-selling wine brands (since acquired by E.&J. Gallo Winery). In addition to a background in advertising, mass media, and electronic telecommunications, Mr. Bloom has a degree in Communications from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
