NeuroTrax to Discuss Internet-based Medical Testing at IATI-BioMed 2013

On June 12th at the upcoming IATI-BioMed Conference, NeuroTrax Chairman and CEO Ely Simon, MD will deliver a presentation about new developments in internet-based medical testing for memory and attention.

Traditionally, cognitive assessment to aid in diagnosis of neurological and psychiatric conditions such as ADHD and Alzheimer’s disease was an expensive paper-based testing process. In 2000, NeuroTrax, led by neurologist Dr. Ely Simon, was formed to leverage PC and Internet technologies to facilitate in-office standardized testing at a fraction of the cost and with high scientific validity. NeuroTrax software is currently used by physicians and psychologists in the US and Israel. Over 170,000 tests have been performed, with scientific backing from 70 peer-reviewed publications.

Advances and new offerings will be highlighted in Dr. Simon’s 13:30 presentation, which will take place on Stage A4 at the event. Held this year at the David InterContinental Hotel in Tel Aviv, Israel, the IATI-BioMed Conference is an annual life sciences industry event attended by thousands of scientists, researchers, entrepreneurs, opinion leaders, venture capitalists, private investors and others from the biomed industry from all over the world.
